Former Cleveland Browns quarterback Tim Couch is selling his custom-built mansion in Lexington, KY, for $4.75 million.

The home's highlighted by a basement that includes a media room with tiered seating, billiard room, wine room, massage room, gym, and two bathrooms -- one with a urinal, according to listing agent Whitney Pannell.

The five-bedroom, 12,794-square-foot house is a dream home, Pannell says. "I can't imagine what else you could want."

The house is located on just over 10 acres of property surrounded by farmland and has a large swimming pool and four-car garage.

Couch hired a local architect and builder to construct the home in 2005, Pannell says. Custom features include scraped hardwood flooring, custom wood cabinetry, coffered ceilings, and a master bathroom with a combination soaking tub and fireplace, which splits the room into his-and-her sections.

And you'll never be without a cold drink. Pannell says "nearly every room" has a small, stocked refrigerator. "They're a very hydrated family," she says of Couch and his wife, Heather Kozar.

Here's a cheesy video walkthrough:

And if you don't remember who Tim Couch was, he was the first ever QB in Cleveland Browns' franchise history:

Using the conversion factor of 12,794 square feet of house for 64 NFL TDs, Andy Dalton's house (99 TDs) should be just under 20K, or 0.45 acres.  Lol.
