I just don’t think there is any way Bowers makes it to 18. Since he doesn’t have to start right away (we hope) I love Mims for his size and upside. But if Latham is there he’s the safer pick. I don’t think Murphy makes it either. He’s climbing. If the worthy tackles are gone I wouldn’t hate Brian Thomas Jr.

If Mims had to start right away I might be less inclined, but he will have some time to be developed and polished.

People had a habit of “bookending” people’s tie breaker guess. Usually it was Oldschooler. Someone would pick, say, 132 as their tie breaker and then 2 people would pick 131 and 133. To prevent this, I added a rule that if someone picked 131 to a 132 no one could guess closer than 143.

Chris Olave Garrett Wilson JSN Marvin. We have had some great WRs the past few years. There is a true freshman on the team now, Jeremiah Smith, who might be better than all of them. Top recruit in the country. Lost is black stripe faster than anyone before. Showing amazing flashes in the spring. It’s not me saying that, it’s people around the team.

I want Mims if he’s there. I would not take Bowers if one of the top tackles is there. I think they might trade up in Day 2, but not day 1. The only WRs I would even consider at 18 are going in the top 8 to 10 picks. My theme for this draft is “Protect the Franchise”. When Burrow is healthy we make the AFCC game.
