MichaelWeston
After June 1st the UFA's no longer factor into the comp pick calculation. The draft will certainly factor in but as of now is there anybody that would be interesting to add? http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/freeagency/ A few uninspiring names RB Brian Leonard Felix Jones Rashard Mendenhall WR Austin Collie Dezmon Briscoe TE Fred Davis Jermicheal Finley OL T Bruce Campbell G Wade Smith DE Brett Keisel LB Paris Lenon S Mike Adams CB Terrell Thomas
The PatternMaster
You would think that ESPN Insider would know that Mendenhall has retired from the NFL, can't believe people pay for that crap.
happyrid
Nobody really sticks out. We have enough draft picks that combined with the signings of Manning, Newhouse, Campbell, etc. we probably won't have any real needs in FA. On defense, I think we already have at least 22 solid guys for 25 spots. 8 on the DL, 8 at DB and at least 6 at LB. Numbers pretty similar on offense, though probably more room for late round type guys at FB, TE and maybe QB. We are a really deep team right now. Should be in position to be able to weather the storm of injuries that happen every training camp. Edit to add: If we don't end up adding a TE and a FB in the draft, those are the 2 spots that seem most in need of a FA addition. With all of our late picks, I think we probably will get it done in the draft.
