Regardless of Tim Williams' off-field concerns, I don't think he fits our team on it - he looks good on tape, surprisingly strong against blocks, but he looks like a no-brainer 3-4 OLB, not a hand-on-the-ground guy at DE and not a 4-3 LB either.
