Okay, I've been supportive all year. Our year is over. So it is time for him to fucking go, the pathetic peace of shit. try a screen pass once in your fucking life. Try a fucking slant dipshit. Go to fucking hell, or at least Seattle. Go, you and Dan are wrong, he is pathetic peace of shit.

The Jets played exactly how we should have played... run the ball, field position, KEEP IT SIMPLE. The Jets beat us with the most simple offensive game plan imaginable. They can run,so they run it... they hit slants because they're easy throws.

We can run the ball... so we have five step drops every 4 plays??????? I don't understand it. Palmer is the not the same QB he use to be. Wow.

Someone must be held accountable. If Marvin does not make the change, something is wrong.

Agreed. Accountability is key here. Something has to change there. In most companies, if a department underperforms, managerial changes are made. We need to make changes how the offense is managed. And that cleary is on Brat's shoulders. With that said, we also need to have personnel upgrades at WR, TE and blockers for pass blocking situations. It's clear now that Chad can be shut down, and we have no one to counteract that.

My problem w/ Brat is the penalties. That is a direct reflection of the discipline of the offense. Maybe you can lump some of it on CP too and honestly he isn't playing like a $100 Million Dollar QB either. Coaching is about getting the most out of what your given...I don't think that the offensive staff gets the most out of what we do have.

We should have fired Brat as soon as he said the TE position didn't need to have a great player play. A good TE would have been a major weapon against the Jets. Look how well Keller did this game. I beg for a change here. The offense is handcuffed, please Mike wake up and fire Brat.

Now I am just preparing you, but this is the defense that will show up about 1000 pm tonight. :

LOLZ, Brat is going no where. No protection all year long. Having to go heavy to run the ball. Well tonight, Benson was dominate, but we threw on 1st down and 2nd short all night. Well we couldn't pass protect. Well tonight, Palmer couldn't hit the broad side of a fucking barn. Well the players didn't execute; he didn't call for the fumble or the INT, or the penalties or miss kick. NEWSFLASH: He is fucking responsible for the play calling, he put the players in position for poor execution. I put this one on him, Palmer, Graham and Marvin.

Yeah, I'd laid off my Brat hate because I thought he'd pulled it out in crucial times during the season, but that tailed off at the end of the season and today's game was pathetic. He did nothing creative to get Chad open, half the time he was just running straight down the field. How about bringing him in motion and having him go across the field. Stop just having him try to run straight past Revis, I could have told you that wouldn't happen before the game started.

He isn't going anywhere though. I would bet anything on that.

Why is this on Brat? Carson couldn't hit the WRs when they got open, the WRs couldn't get open most of the time, and they dropped half the balls they should have caught. This was clearly on the players.

Well, people can bitch all they want about execution, but poor execution is almost always the fault of poor management. If poor execution is a problem, you address it as the manager/coordinator. If it repeats (which it has over and over the latter part of the season), it's managements who has to stand up for it, especially in an environment that is restrictive to firing (cutting) player personnel. That means changes need to be made at the higher level(s).

If thats the case then they need to fire Shepard and Zampese, at a minimum. No one on offense, save for Benson, has improved in the last 2 years. Simpson hasnt seen the field in 2 years when this team obviously really, REALLY needed him...or SOMEONE. Why these guys still employed?

I think people are basing it on the lack of creativity. Come on, Carson was off today probably due to nerves just like brett favre suffered from for a good portion of his playoff games. But instead of recognizing that and calling plays to help him (screens to scott, slats, maybe a bootleg) he continued to put him in awkward situations. The players have proven that they have the ability to play in the past, now it is up to the coaches to keep these players at that level or to help them when they are down.
Just my opinion though.

Why is this on Brat?

Cause he's the Boss of the Offense.

Cause he calls the plays.

Cause he has no FUCKING FEEL.

Game still in hand it's early. Your down a bit and need some juice; the offense is backed up in your own endzone.

You call a run. Cedric gets a few. You call another run Cedric gets a few. It's third and two . . . you are still backed way the fuck up in your own endzone and you really need to move the chains here. I know lets test the manhood of the one of the best run defenses in the league. The opposing defense knows your as predictable as a fucking clock and so does everyone else, but damnit we are running the ball this year so Lets dial up another run. Cedric gets stuffed off of left tackle for a two yard loss.

You of course choose to punt. Jets get the ball back on short field, around the fitey. Play or two not much. Then Shone Green Busts one off in that tuckus for a score, and the Jets start to believe in all the crap Rex been talking.

This is just one of the many examples where Bob either screws the pooch or Carson changes the play to a stinker. One instance after another coalese into a character.

Carson got out played and out passioned by his ball boy.

Marvin and his coaches got out coached by a first year staff.

At least Cedric showed up to play today.

Jets showed imagination and execution and passion.

This comes from leadership.

Why are Leslie Frazier and Breshan (sp?) held to a different standard because they are D coordinators? We fired Frazier for improving our D with no talent. Brat has not done anything to make something out of nothing like these guys did and they got fired. Our second round pick can't get actvive for 2 years? No talent development and no success = fire the whole offensive staff.

Put them in a position to succeed. We were suppose to be a running team remember. Why all the 1st down passing? Why passing on 2nd and short? because it worked so well last week? We were winning for a good portion of the season, but that had more to do with the D and Palmer in the no Huddle. We need a better offensive coordinator, and have all year. With the way Ced was running the ball, we should have ran and ran and ran. When we threw, we should have thrown slants and screens. Scott didn't touch the ball all night, but they were so scared of him, they gave us the rock at the 35 to 40 yard line every time the kicked off. Come on man; sure there were execution problems. But there have been all year. When there has been all year, that points to talent or scheme. With 3 pro bowlers and Benson, my money is on coaching. Read what the experts say. Both THorton and Willie are saying the same damn thing, but Go, you and Dan are the ones right? Get real.
