looks like otis signed!
Anyways interesting, the steelers are signing all their picks to just 3 years deals it looks like. WHich isn't a bad idea, they're getting a lesser singing bonus, so less gauranteed money, so if they don't make it, which usually 4-6th RD picks tend to do, they make less money. I mean it bits you in the ass if they're really good, but then again revis is bitching about his contract in the middle of the his 3rd year. No probowl player plays out their rookie contract anyways, and if they do "outplay" it they get paid come the 3rd year. Honestly I'm not sure why more teams aren't doing this.
Anyways here's my guess for amount to shipley, geno, stephens and Ghee.
Shipley:4yr, 2.54M 760k sign bonus
Ghee:4yr 2.45M 655k sign bonus
Geno: 4yr 2.262M 471k signing bonus
Stephens: 4yr, 1.843, 53K

I don't know. I thought they would before now, but the Jets just signed 2nd rounder Ducasse, so the ball may be rolling.

R3/84: Jordan Shipley (WR-Texas) $2.54M/4yr, $760K bonus)
R4/96: Grandon Ghee (CB-Wake Forest) $2.45M/4yr, $660K bonus)

R4/131: Roddrick Muckelroy (LB-Texas) $2.05M/4yr, $420K bonus)
R7/228: Reggie Stephens (OC-Iowa St) $1.842M/4yr, $53K bonus)

Exactly so I don't understand the hold up.

Three down, six to go. In what was originally reported by Aaron Wilson at the National Football Post, defensive tackle Geno Atkins is officially in the fold. We have found out it is a four-year deal worth $2.262 million (the base plus a signing bonus of $472,450).Atkins will vie for playing time at what is a crowded position. Domata Peko and Tank Johnson should be the starters while Pat Sims, Orien Harris, Clinton McDonald and Atkins will all vie for backup spots. Frostee Rucker and Jonathan Fanene also have versatility and can play at tackle. The roster officially stands at 83 with 77 under contract. They can take only 80 signed players to training camp.
Atkins has good quickness and strength, but his play at Georgia was inconsistent. He started seven games as a sophomore in 2007 and had 41 tackles, including 15 for loss, and had 7.5 sacks.

There was a thread a little bit ago about it regarding Shipley and Muck signing, but I'm surprised its gone relatively unnoticed. I guess because the whole TO thing.
I'm pumped to have Shipley in camp on time!
