  1. I would like to see these “people” and their expert findings. If it is just supposition from tank-topped TV blabbermouths, then question the source strongly. Are there any actual medical/psychological opinions? Otherwise it appears to be bollocks

  2. Damn right Katys aware of this guy. Owners hate him.. Players love him. If they could land Fuaga for 4 rook yrs do it

  5. The discussion is in the NFL News forum at Football's Future. Some of the participants are alcoholics themselves. There are posts from counselors, lawyers, and police officers on various aspects of Sweat's arrest and analysis of the police report.

  6. His mama raised him by herself. tough place to grow up in. He's was bigger than kids from the start. Mama feed and babied him. He wasn't a bully .exact opposite.. Passively funny... Needs mentorship.. Maybe BJ Hill could take a role in it..

  8. With Byron Murphy and Mims still on the board? Child, please. Pittsburgh getting Jackson Powers-Johnson is quite possible and a scary thought.

  9. Wonder if the Bengals would pass on a prospect because his agent is very difficult to deal with? Muleghetta, the agent who represented both Bates and Higgins, also represents Taliese Fuega.

  10. That has to be the worst mock draft so far

  11. Yeah - that would be solid. I’d belly ache about not taking a WR at 80, but getting two more defensive tackles and a guard that could possibly play right away would be great.

  12. There are a lot of 7 round media mock drafts, but I always pay special attention to the Dane Brugler one in The Athletic. Yeah, these things are always a crapshoot, but The Beast is just so detailed. Here is what he came up with for Cincinnati: 1 (18). Byron Murphy II, DT, Texas 2 (49). Cooper Beebe, G, Kansas State 3 (80). Theo Johnson, TE, Penn State 3 (97). D.J. James, CB, Auburn 4 (115). T’Vondre Sweat, DT, Texas 5 (149). Anthony Gould, WR, Oregon State 6 (194). Erick All, TE, Iowa 6 (214). Giovanni Manu, OT, British Columbia (Can.) 7 (224). Sam Hartman, QB, Wake Forest 7 (237). Ryan Rehkow, P, BYU

  13. Yes, we need line help on both sides of the ball, but there seems to be more DT value than OT on Day Two. Of course there is much more 3T value rather than NT, which is Cincinnati's biggest hole on defense. But we need to grab an OT while we have a pick as high as 18. That may not happen again for years.

  14. It’s not so much what he did that’s causing the concern, it’s when he did it. Piss poor judgement is not the endearing quality NFL teams are looking for.

  15. It is strange to think that, at one time, players often made more money in the CFL than in the NFL. Today, the annual team salary cap in the CFL is around $6M - for the whole team!

  16. Thanks - good list. From what I’ve read and heard from draft weenies, sounds like Barton is definitely going in round one. Robinson likely as well. Mitchell is definitely intriguing with his size and speed and big-play ability. Love Roman Wilson and Mason Smith would hit a need for sure. A little wary re Patrick Paul but depending in what happens in round one, could see it on day 2.

  17. Ancient Bengals History... In the 1977 Draft Paul Brown used a 4th round draft pick for Georgia ORT Mike Wilson who would have gone in the first round if he had not already signed a contract with Toronto in the CFL. He played there a year before coming to the Bengals to play ORT for many years overlooked because he played next to ORG Max Montoya and he was the book end for young OLT Anthony Munoz. He was one of my favorite Bengals ever. Mike Wilson was overlooked and underrated.

  18. If Murphy happens to be there in round one (not likely) you have to take him and go OT in round two. If one of the aforementioned do not slide or you don't trade up for one who does (would love that) then one of the guys mentioned, perhaps. The rap on Paul is he is a bit older than the other
