ok I didn't read everything b/c it doesn't help. I have a virus. I thought that spending the $50 bucks for the program would kill it. When I turn my computer on my programs (icons) don't come up. I have to go through my programs file on the start menu. So, what do I need to download? Do I need to pay for it? How do I run it? Can ya help me please? I have windows xp.
