  1. He wore them last game, I noticed the J's...a lot of players around the league a similar cleat with a color scheme that matches their teams' colors.
  2. Slow down Hoss, he's wanting filet mignon money for flank steak production...plus we gotta play a bunch of other guys as well. If Higgins wants 20+ million a year then he's as good as gone.
  3. You are guessing wrong and calling people savages is...well yeah....Arafat was against Hamas, he worked with Israel to kill Hamas leaders and soldiers. He was the president of the PLA until his death in 2004, he wanted peace between Palestine and Israel and did not support any form of terrorism. Netanyahu didn't want to work with Arafat's successor because he didn't want a Palestinian state and by default, he didn't want peace...so he got October 7th in return.
  4. https://506sports.com/nfl.php?yr=2023&wk=8 Bengals vs Niners will be the game late on CBS for most of the major markets in the country, time to show up and show out!!!
  5. So why would Netanyahu choose to work with them instead of a peaceful Palestinian government whose goal is to establish a Palestinian state? It's almost as if he wanted Hamas to attack so he could have justification to commit genocide on the Palestinian people under the guise of fighting Hamas..which is exactly what they are doing... Netanyahu has been against the creation of a legitimized Palestinian state and siding with Hamas over the Palestinian Authority government was his way of keeping Palestine in a state of chaos.
  6. If they got either one of those guys it would be great, they are HOF type of players...I don't think these guys really hate each other off the field...shit gets crazy between the lines but often times it stays there. Aaron swinging a helmet at Karras was a bit much, maybe they fight in the locker room if they want to and move on.
  7. I agree because that is literally not the definition of insanity...this is the definition of insanity....it's crazy how that gets repeated so often when it's easy to find out what is the real definition of insanity. As far as mid-season trades go that is tough because it's hard for guys to get up to speed quickly enough to be productive. Also, off the field, if a player has to move himself and his family to another city in a matter of days it can be extremely stressful and make it harder for the player to be successful. These guys are not football-playing cyborgs, or are they, Catfish Bob??? I know if my job told me, we traded you to a competitor and you start tomorrow morning, you have to move across the country tonight, and they want to you be a top performer in a few days...my head would be spinning and I would be pissed off.
  8. https://www.linkedin.com/news/story/israel-hamas-war-latest-updates-5793764/ Israel continued to step up its air assaults in the war on Hamas Tuesday. Military officials said they had launched 400 more airstrikes in the past day, including some aimed at Hezbollah targets on the Lebanese border, on top of 320 strikes the day before. Jets also targeted a military compound in Gaza after the Israeli navy intercepted Hamas militants attempting to enter southern Israel by sea, officials said. Hamas released two more hostages late Monday, elderly women taken from Nir Oz kibbutz during the Oct. 7 attacks, as international pressure grew to free more than 200 others thought to remain captive. Speaking at a United Nations Security Council meeting Tuesday, Secretary General António Guterres said Hamas’ attacks were “appalling” but that they “did not happen in a vacuum.” Secretary of State Antony Blinken told the U.N. that the U.S. doesn’t want the war to become a larger regional conflict, but “if Iran or its proxies attack U.S. personnel anywhere … we will defend our people.” French President Emmanuel Macron proposed an international coalition to fight terror groups while in Israel Tuesday. More than 1,400 people in Israel died in the Oct. 7 terror attacks. The Hamas-run health ministry in Gaza said at least 5,700 people have died since Israel began retaliating. The World Health Organization said Tuesday that six hospitals in Gaza closed due to a fuel shortage and called for an immediate ceasefire so aid could be distributed
  9. Trump and Rudy are going to be the last to go, if everyone pleads guilty then he's fired. They weren't going to bring this case to court unless they knew they could win...lock him up! lock him up!
  10. The line is currently 5.5 or 6 points and Vegas was built on people thinking like this, definitely not easy money. The Niners have a better HC, defense, and run game plus they are playing at home. The Bengals can win but this a bad matchup for the Bengals as the Niners pass rush will be putting pressure on Burrow and the Bengals offense is already one dimensional so they aren't going to be worried about stopping the run. Hopefully, Mixon will be excited to return back to the Yay Area(E-40 voice) and have his best game this season...you smell me!
  11. The defense is going to be salty after losing 2 in a row and getting no sacks on 45 attempts from the elusive Kirk Cousins... Bosa was pissed after the game and I know they are going to be extremely motivated to get a win at home after being embarrassed on MNF. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/nick-bosa-frustrated-as-49ers-get-no-sacks-while-kirk-cousins-throws-45-passes Let's see how the Bengals' offensive line responds to the pass rush and crowd noise coming off a bye. Hopefully, the play calling helps them out by running the ball early and getting rid of the ball quickly to start the game off as the 49ers are going to come out looking to get some early sacks to get their confidence high.
  12. He's going to play, no need to worry or start killing animals....yet.. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/orlando-brown-jr-feeling-great-after-bye-week-expects-to-play-against-49ers
  13. No way, we're going on the road against a better team. 6 point dogs
  14. you guys are forgetting one thing... They gotta play us!!!!
  15. They are aggressive about winning, I like how they have drafted and developed their players.
  16. Meanwhile, much needed aid for the Palestinians is too little and slow... About a dozen trucks carrying desperately needed aid – the third convoy in three days – arrived in Gaza from Egypt on Monday through Rafah, Gaza's only crossing not controlled by Israel. The flow of aid, however, is deemed too small and too slow by humanitarian groups as too small and too slow. "It's nothing compared to the needs," Head of Mission for Doctors without Border Leo Cans said.

  19. Here's an article about how current Israeli PM Bibi Netanyahu supported and helped legitimize Hamas, the group that carried out the terror attacks earlier this month. https://www.timesofisrael.com/for-years-netanyahu-propped-up-hamas-now-its-blown-up-in-our-faces/ Instead of dealing with the Palestinian Authority Government, which is a peaceful government that only wanted statehood for its people and peace, he chose to deal with a terrorist organization with a clear goal of killing Israelis.
  20. I started this thread to discuss current events and to give historical context in hopes of having an educated discussion on this unfortunate situation. Here's a good doc from Frontline that gives a modern history lesson on the relationship between these two groups
  21. Today the Republicans found a spine...congrats
