  1. Logging off and out the door. Was at Hard Rock casino this afternoon. A few Bills fans. I'm in 215 AND will be wearing a bright orange quarter zip pull over. I'll wave to you.
  2. Nothing broke out way this weekend. Game now more a "must win" than ever. We're going to have to pretty much win out.
  3. JOKE OF THE DAY https://www.yahoo.com/sports/nfl-continues-hand-ridiculous-fines-135836274.html NFL continues to hand out ridiculous fines to Stealers Another week and another series of ridiculous fines levied against the Pittsburgh Stealers for doing nothing more than playing(good ol' Stiller) football. In two separate weeks, the league basically stole the game checks of running back Jaylen Warren for what they deemed illegal plays although neither drew a flag. The latest victims of being fleeced by the NFL are safety Damontae Kazee and EDGE T.J. Watt. Kazee drew two fines from last week’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Both were for unnecessary roughness, both for just playing football and both were $11,806 each. Meanwhile, EDGE T.J. Watt was fined $16.391 for a hit on Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence. The video is everywhere and I encourage you to watch it and see if you think Watt did anything wrong. Spoilers: He didn’t. Then finally to add insult to injury. the hit on quarterback Kenny Pickett that injured his ribs only drew a $7,167 fine for Jacksonville defensive end Adam Gotsis. They deemed the hit Watt had was worthy of a fine more than double but the film tells another story.
  4. Sunday will be dry under partly cloudy skies with clouds increasing during the evening hours ahead of the matchup between the Buffalo Bills and the Cincinnati Bengals at Paycor Stadium Sunday at 8:20 p.m. Look for temperatures at kickoff in the low 50s and as the game ends upper 40s.
  5. **Kind of OT but... CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Once again, former Bengals wide receiver Chad Johnson left behind a generous tip at a local restaurant. Johnson left a $2,000 tip at E+O Kitchen - The Banks for a bill just over $78 Saturday, the day before the Bengals face the Buffalo Bills at Paycor Stadium. “The Bengals are winning tomorrow and that’s on Mary had a little lamb,” Johnson wrote on the merchant copy of the receipt. After the tip, Johnson’s bill came to $2,076.16 for medium well surf and turf, shrimp tempura and espresso.
  6. I'm not sure what I was supposed to be watching but I ended up watching about an hour of "Pawn Stars" highlights. Not a complaint. The Elephant Bird egg was pretty cool.
  7. Does it seem like the Squeels are getting ready to implode? Chucky Odorafor criticizing the coaches? Thugg Life Gangsta Wannabe losers Pickins and Porter soft wussies? Overrated Prima Donnas? Kenny Picksix more a problem than a solution? Fire Tomlin signs? Hmmmm...
  8. Just between you, me and the lamppost, sources close to the source (Hint: ) tells Ol' High School that it is going to be TAYLOR SWIFT introducing her new F-U Travis Kelce anthem.
  9. I'm wearing my orange #5 Tee Higgins jersey in an orange section... with a few layers under it.
  10. ***FWIW and perhaps the wrong place but worth a tire kick on the practice squad? :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: The Los Angeles Chargers waived former Georgia Bulldogs tight end Tre’ McKitty on Tuesday. Los Angeles drafted McKitty with a third-round pick in the 2021 NFL draft. McKitty played in 28 games from 2021-2022 with the Chargers. Los Angeles moved on from McKitty after he played in six games of the 2023 NFL season. McKitty has 12 career catches for 117 yards in his NFL career. Chargers Wire highlights what Los Angeles will do at tight end without the former Georgia tight end. McKitty must look for a new NFL home after being waived. NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero announced the Chargers’ decision. McKitty played at Georgia in 2020 after transferring from Florida State, with which he played college football from 2017-2019.
  11. Making room for Charlie Sizzle unless they have another rabbit up their sleeve. Surprised Trey Hill or even Jackson Carman have not had an "injury" in practice that landed them on IR.
  12. https://www.yahoo.com/sports/Stealers-t-chuks-okorafor-reveals-112655955.html Stealers T Chuks Okorafor reveals why he was benched by Mike Tomlin Allison Koehler Fri, November 3, 2023 at 7:26 AM EDT·1 min read It came as a surprise on Thursday night when it came out that Pittsburgh Stealers rookie offensive tackle Broderick Jones was getting the start at right tackle over Chuks Okorafor. Okorafor hadn’t been on the injury report that week and his play hadn’t been any more of a concern than that of starting left tackle Dan Moore Jr. So why the change? Well, Okorafor told the media why it happened. Sort of. According to Okorafor, when he talked to the press after the game, he was healthy but got benched for some things he said during last week’s loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Okorafor didn’t expand on the context of his comments but said “The way the game was going last week, I kind of said stuff that I shouldn’t say. I just, being in Year 6, I can’t like act out the way I was acting out.” We can read between the lines here and assume Okorafor was openly criticizing either teammates or coaches during the game about how poorly the offense was playing. While we wouldn’t disagree with Okorafor as last week’s offense was not great, we applaud head coach Mike Tomlin for trying to squash that sort of mutiny in a hurry. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Dissension in the ranks... Troubles in Squeeley Land.
  13. https://www.yahoo.com/sports/studs-duds-Stealers-thrilling-win-041544596.html Upside... Dud - CB Joey Porter Jr This was an ugly performance by the rookie. His unwillingness to tackle is still a problem and his lack of strength really showed. But just as bad were the penalties and sloppy play. Dud - QB Kenny Pickett We cannot excuse how poorly Kenny Pickett played on his rib injury because he’s been missing these easy throws all year long. There doesn’t seem to be much growth by Pickett in terms of his touch and even his velocity isn’t where you would like to see it. Dud - CB Patrick Peterson You hate to see both your starting cornerbacks on this list but Peterson had a game just as disappointing as Porter did. The Stealers tried to move him inside and at safety but he doesn’t seem very comfortable in either position. Dud - WR George Pickens At some point, George Pickens is going to have to figure out how to get targets when being double-teamed. Pickens gets by on his raw athleticism but he’s going to have to really work on the polish in his routes and play with more suddenness before he gets the football if he wants to beat those double teams.
  14. And Pittsburgh pulls one out of their wazoo in the 4th quarter for a W 20-16 vs the Titans and a rook qb. Damn!

  16. Nor sure where your link went but mine goes to her Bengals stuff. And please don't insult her by comparing her to that goon.
  17. I am forwarding this to The Young Pumpkins and telling them THIS is what should be played several times a game and on the Jumbotron at the Stealers game. No
  18. Very interesting young lady named Isobel Hamilton. Lives in a small house in the woods in Canada. JUST NOW created her Bengals art web site. Not seen some of this stuff. https://isobelhamilton.art

  20. Overlooked but confirmation of what we all wondered about... https://www.si.com/nfl/bengals/allbengals-insiders-plus/ted-karras-has-cincy-hat-scamper-taken-away-a-dream-scenario Ted Karras Has 'Cincy Hat Scamper' Taken Away: 'A Dream Scenario' CINCINNATI — Bengals center Ted Karras nearly got to run down the field for his first NFL touch but the referees (wrongly) took that chance from him. Karras was streaking down the field to start the fourth quarter of the 31-17 win over San Francisco, but officials whistled it dead. “My moment,” Karras said on Monday. “I have never had a statistic in football. I thought I was going. I had a little stiff arm on (San Francisco linebacker) Fred Warner. They’re supposed to let that run. I would’ve had a first down, maybe a touchdown. The crazy thing about that play is no one knew it was going on. There was no one around me, and the ball came directly to me, so it was a dream scenario.” Ja'Marr Chase clearly fumbles on replay, but the 49ers didn't recover (Karras did) so there was no reason to challenge the call. Chase dubbed Karras "12 MPH Ted" after the game as Karras almost got his chance at a "Cincy Hat Scamper," referencing his charity apparel line. Maybe one day Ted, Maybe one day.
  21. Now, after all is said and done, I am very happy with the Bengals not trading now that they brought Tanner Hudson up from the Practice Squad to play with the big boys. They went with Home Cooking rather than Carry Out from someone else. Throw in the emergence of the O line including Cordell Volson regardless of other's opinions and Col Joseph Lee Burrow playing under center and how it affected Joe Mixon and the running game. It sort of felt like the Bengals season started Sunday and the spotted the other teams in our division a couple games but... whatever. So we improved without giving up anything and have help from within who does not have to start fresh learning the playbook and team. It's all good. The question now is will Irv Smurf Jr be inactive Sunday night?
