Think how bad the Jets and 49ers feel for picking Wilson and Lance when they could have had Chase, Sewell, or Parsons.
Then think about the annual QB hype and how much it costs to trade up for a Bryce Young type.
Fields isn't good but he's also pretty comparable to Lawrence. Jax doesn't have an alternative to Sunshine so they'll pick up his option. If Bears didn't have top pick this year, they'd be concentrating on building around Fields. He's never really had much of a chance.
Agreed with everything you said about QB hype. However, not sure in what world Fields and Lawrence are comparable. Granted, Lawrence hasn't lived up to the hype he had as a generational type talent, but he's certainly been much better than Fields as a passer.

Jaguars just signed Gabe Davis. Seems unlikely.

Are you being serious? Clearly I'm talking about the nonsense at the end of your post that looks like you just slapped a bunch of keys with your forehead as you passed out.

But can you think of.a more lucrative
Job than their capologist than the Walton clan?
No...they pay extremely well for this
expertise service to keep the them viable to contend for a playoff spot.
That's all you want for a playoff spot if you draft well.

oremycrY uvehobeb. Being their apologist?
Did he have a stroke at the end there?

I’ve heard of this happening to accounts especially those reselling through Ticketmaster. There’s been a waitlist since 2022 for season tickets.

I want nothing to do with a RB who has never played a full season with starting RB reps and who has had a major knee AND ankle injury in the last 3 years with the 3rd season cut short from yet another injury. There's got to be a better option.

I'm about Kelced out, and that includes the attention seeker in the box last night.
I don't think it's just the Chiefs. I read somewhere a few months ago that opposing teams rank the visitors locker room in Buffalo as the worst in the league. The reports were of only one toilet working, cold water standing in the shower, etc. Apparently it's like a dungeon and it may very well be by design. If it's true, the league should do something about it. Demand they upgrade and then have inspectors on hand to make sure things work.
Speaking of Buffalo, Mike McConnell shared on WLW that he went to a Bengals fan up there in the late 80s and they saw his Ohio plates and wouldn't let him park in any of the lots, one even going so far as to put his foot on the front of his car to demonstrate that he wasn't allowed in. He finally got into one because the attendance didn't catch his plates, but then got verbally assaulted. One Bengals fan had his car spray painted all over with the words "Ickey Sucks" and random lines of paint. I've always kinda had a soft spot for that franchise, I guess because the Bengals have a history of beating them in big games, but they may not actually be very likeable.
They're doing one better and upgrading the whole stadium

That was when Tobin still had him on an existing contract and had hopes of signing him to an extension. In late August-early September the word was that the two sides were not close to an extension. There is nothing to suggest that the two sides could reach an agreement before the franchise tag deadline. So Tobin has two options in that scenario. (A) He can let Tee sign with another team in free agency and the Bengals will get a high compensatory pick in 2024. (B) He can franchise tag Tee and trade him to the highest bidder before the 2023 draft.
Or C he can tag him and have him play for the team and keep trying for an extension or let him leave for the comp pick after next season.

Still pisses me off, they didn't take Meyer, when they had a chance to.Would have been a better choice, than a player, who is just a back up de.
Yep has shown no improvement or promise. Definitely a career backup. Stupid Bengals.

Time to give Drew Sample a contract extension now before he just becomes more expensive. I would say 3 years for 15 million is fair. (Hurst got 3 for 21 from Carolina to now do nothing, so the Bengals can't lowball him)
$5 million a year for a blocking tight end?

The conclusions people are jumping to about Murphy are baffling to say the least. The guy has played in 2 preseason games. Pass rushers can take a season or two to develop. Hendrickson, for example, had 3.5 sacks through his first 2 seasons before his breakout campaign in his 3rd and I don't think anyone is questioning him now. Let's give the guy at least a season and see how he develops.

I’m not worried about them signing Higgins. I expect the issue is up front/guaranteed money. The Bengals have never done much of it before, but have admitted they will need to do it with Burrow. Higgins agent is likely waiting to see how much up front money Burrow gets before signing.
They just gave Orland Brown Jr the largest signing bonus for an OL in league history. I don't think paying large guarantees will be the issue.

That sounds weird but OK. I thought they generally make the trip unless there's an injury issue
Burrow is injured.

When was the last time they nabbed another team's cut and put them on the 53?
Max Scharping comes to mind.

Mixon was acquitted because his lawyer successfully argued that the victim was more angry than scared when Joe showed her his gun. That argument won't get him very far in the court of Goodell.
There is no proof that Mixon was actually carrying a gun. The way she described his gun did not match any gun that he owns according to police.
