  1. https://www.cincymagazine.com/a-dark-time-for-the-bengals/?mc_cid=578cce0c86&mc_eid=471ba5c27b A different take.
  2. Lighten up, Francis. Might as well employ a tongue-in-cheek reason and have some fun with it. Lord knows the team performance right now isn't any fun. But this thread has made me really homesick hungry.
  3. There's only one in Columbus and it's about 25 minutes from me so I don't get there as much as I like. It used to be a must have when I was in Cincinnati but since they're up here now, not so much. The only Frisch's left in Columbus are 2 on the south side of Columbus. Darn it, now I want a hot fudge cake!
  4. Personally, I prefer Gold Star but eat Skyline because you can’t get Gold Star in Columbus. I also worked at Donato’s in Columbus and much prefer Larosa’s (which you can get in Columbus.)
  5. Right now, the Republicans are too busy cannibalizing themselves to take control of anything.
  6. They also shouldn’t have switched from Larosa’s to Donatos. Just saying…😂
  7. But Ryan Finley was the last person to defeat Pisspuke on Monday night in I don't know how long.
  8. Ohio does charge an extra $100.00/year to register a hybrid and $200.00/year to register a plug in hybrid or a full EV. https://www.bmv.ohio.gov/doc-fees.aspx Legislation has been proposed to reduce or eliminate these fees but to my knowledge, has not been passed yet.
  9. Back up at best. He dropped an awful lot of balls in Cleveland and had a fumbling tendency also.
  10. I would be curious to know who is telling Zac that Burrow can play through this injury. Is it Burrow, the medical staff, or his own observations?
  11. Yes, we have the Bird Scooters, the Lime Scooters, and just about any of the scooters that are out there and since I live in a progressive neighborhood 2 miles north of the OSU campus, they are constantly littering everywhere. I'm not sure if you're in Ohio or not, but I do believe that they tax EVs extra because they don't use gas so the state can't get the gas tax from them at the pump. So, I guess they will get you coming or going.
  12. Then, to quote Marvin Lewis, "Do your job." Or quote me. "Do your damn job."
  13. Really, and you know this how? Is it like the movie "I Robot" with Will Smith? Are these life-like robots being built to replace auto workers? How do you know so much info that is not common knowledge? Are you apart of the Illuminati? No. I'm a member of an investment company and it was my assignment to research robotic companies for possible investments. So yes I know way more about robots than the average person. You know what the #1 selling robot is to non industrial consumers?? Sex robots are #1. The most disturbing thing is that within category of robot the #1 selling sex robot worldwide are robots made to be like human infants. Yes infant robots that are used for sexual pleasure. That's how fucked up this world is. I'm not going to even pretend to know what the WEF is or renting trucks vs. buying them, but this? Ewww. That is seriously screwed up. FWIW-Our philosophy on buying cars is buy them used, pay cash, and drive them until they die. We usually get 7-8 years out of them at least before we junk them, sometimes even more. My dad used to buy a new car every 10 years or so, but then decided about in 2010 that he was going to lease a car because he was 84 years old at the time and he thought it would be his last new car. Well, the lease came due and he was still alive, so he leased another new car, thinking it would be his last car. That lease came due so he leased another new car, thinking that would be his last car. That lease came due so he leased another new car. That one was his last car. LOL!
  14. Credit where credit is due. He did have a much better day yesterday and actually outkicked the coverage a few times.
  15. DING! DING! DING! (As my hubby always says when someone on TV says something he agrees with.) Sometimes, I seriously question whether these coaches watch game tape of other teams to develop a game plan. If you know that the opposition sucks at run defense, you run more. If you see that the opposition has a good DL that gets to the QB often, you try to counteract that, especially if your QB is banged up. I don't think that the coaches game plan for what the opposition can and can't do.
  16. True, but a lot of those numbers are skewed by the fact that teams have been getting out to a big lead so once they do, they run the ball to run out clock and our defense is so tired they can't defend it.
  17. I said this after the Browns game. Is it possible that defenses have finally figured out how to defend our offense? Add in a banged up Burrow and you have a recipe for an ineffective offense, and Zac Taylor and Brian Callahan need to figure out how to counteract this and deal with it. Otherwise, it's going to be a long and unproductive season. We ran the ball well in the first series, but then typical Zac Taylor, we got away from it and that's what we needed to do to keep Derrick Henry off the field.
  18. He had a right to be pissed off. The bits and pieces I saw of the game, the Jets were getting screwed right and left by the refs.
  19. Browns have the bye next week and Baltimore plays Pisspuke.
