  1. Maybe it's just me but it seemed like the defense had no answer for the Texans offense. Which is weird because Carolina and Atlanta both held the Texans to under 20 points.
  2. Letting a journeyman RB torch the defense for 150 yards is more concerning. The Texans used max protection for Stroud all game and he continued to find WIDE OPEN receivers when he needed to. Not having a spy on him on his TD run was another huge mistake. Lou A. underestimated Stroud ability to read defenses and paid dearly for it.
  3. Glad you mentioned this. Burrow has hit 6 different receivers for TDs this year. When they are in the red zone, he is no longer only looking for Ja'Marr. This makes the Bengals EXTREMELY difficult to defend now. TEs in the game no longer indicate a running play. Throw in Yoshi, who has the size of a TE, and it becomes an even bigger problem.
  4. Team is too focused to fall for the trap game. Also, I'd sit Ja'Marr and have him ready for the Ravens game on a short week. Our new 3 headed TE monster should give the Ravens a few problems. I'd also take our 4th and 5th receivers over any nickel and dime backs in the league
  5. That would not be a bad idea. Raiders have some pieces in place. Josh Jacobs, Davante Adams, and the criminally underrated Hunter Renfrow.
  6. Roger Goodell might have a thing or two to say about this. That whole email scandal is still lingering out there
  7. Can't believe I'm going to say this, but Marvin Lewis would be the perfect coach for the Raiders. Raiders lack discipline.
  8. His legs should be "Fresh out of the oven" fresh Busken Bakery fresh. I think he has the longest active streak for starting RBs without a 100 yard rushing game
  9. Now he is about to see more exotic coverages and schemes that he hasn't seen before. Lou about to throw the kitchen sink at him.
  10. Hmm, I don't know about that. SF likes to portray themselves as physical, until they play a physical team (see Cleveland). The Vikings aren't know to have the strongest OL, and yet SF didn't get one sack on him. If they go sackless against JB, we win easily. Their DBs are the weakest link, and can be exploited IF Burrow gets a little time to throw.
  11. Not too many CBs in the league that can handle D.K. "Omni-Man" Metcalf without any help. Glad CTB is finally getting his due recognition.
  12. It wasn't pretty but it was a win. I thought Burrow should have targeted Boyd and Yoshi more often. Seahawks wasn't going to let Chase beat them
  13. Thanks for the tips. I'll remember them during my next visit to Paycor.
  14. I'll chalk it up as a lot of people were there outside the stadium to experience the "White Out" and the Monday Night experience.. But man, it was dangerously overcrowded. I've been to football games at Texas A&M, that seat well over 100,000, and it wasn't nearly as bad as it was at Paycor on that Monday night.
  15. Wife and I attended the Monday game and we were surprised on how long it took to exit the stadium. We were seated in section 128, and it took at least 45 minutes before we reached 3rd Street. Is this normal, or was it due to the game being on Monday night?
  16. If Arizona jumps out to a 10 point lead or greater, the Bengals have no shot of making a winning. If us common fans can see the limited mobility of JB, what do you think the opposing coaches are seeing on film?
  17. Can't scheme when your playbook is damn near cut in half due to his limited mobility. I think JB has only taken a handful of snaps from under center this year. He can't throw deep, even when there are 8 in the box and his receivers have single man coverage. Everyone knows this.
  18. That Chubb hit was nasty. Reminded me when Willis MacGhee got his knee shredded vs. Ohio State
  19. It will be my 2nd time at PBS/Paycor. First time was when the infamous Corey Dillion threw his pads in the stands.
  20. Sweet!! Flying in Thursday afternoon. Believe it or not, I'm taking my 4 year old nephew to the Reds game too!! He doesn't know it though. Section 127. Between home plate and the Reds dugout. Gonna be my first time at GABP.
