They will be looking for a new left-fielder. But would they even have any prospects in the farm system since they always trade for everyone else?? The most important thing about griffey is that hes not a team cancer and he has never done steroids. I dont see Griffey being dealt even tho we could get a good deal from Yanks for him probably. They have a couple very good prospects that we could get. SP Phillip Hughes and OF Melky Cabrera. Cabrera is 21 and tore up the minors and they just brought him up recently. Hughes is one of the top pitching prospects in the AL. Just wanted to stop by the Crow Buffet and eat a couple of plates...Griff is great, don't get me wrong but its been frustrating being a Red fan and having to deal with him being on the DL more than the field (it seems). He is a great player and the Reds should not trade him to the Yanks unless they get a Mussina... Fuck the Yankess, Man-don't give them shit. They will not use the Reds as their major league farm system... Yes... he's been blessed with good Genes, and brought up in an ideal environment, but don't be fooled. It takes alot of hard work, both on and off the field to make it look that easy. Ever seen his Scars? He's had more operations than the bionic man. Cuts on the knees, cuts on the hammies, shoulders, elbows, wrists.
