Granted , they may have to combine 30 tracks to get the perfect notes. If it was a pre-requisite to actually be a great singer, there would only be a handful of groups out there. Report
January 18, 200521 yr comment_36374 You guys are both right. You [i]do[/i] have to be able to sing the right notes, but the studio can certainly make an average voice sound like a rock God. The real dearth of talent in acts like hers (there are many-the boy bands, etc) is in the lack of songwriting ability. Many of these so called talents either do cover material or have someone else write their songs for them. But singing live where hiding imperfections with technology is more limited in scope is certainly the benchmark for how good your voice really is. And Ashlee CANNOT sing worth shit-and it wouldn't matter if she could because her "music" SUCKS!!!!!! But I wouldn't kick her outta bed for eating crackers... Report
