Let The Gay Ass Story Lines Begin

Recommended Posts

As we all remember last years NFL's version of the WWF and the stupid story lines that accompany this time of year...What do you think the story line will be that the NFL will choose?

Will it be...
1)
The "first family" of football?

The face of the New Orleans franchise Vs. His son (Timmay!)
In this case Peyton wins for his chance to win the big one. Why does the NFL they suck their balls so much? Archie has never done anything for the game except rig the draft so that his baby boy goes to New York.(I bet they wish they could turn back the clock on that one) :pointlaff:
Eli looks like he may be a bust, Peyton chokes in every big game he has played in and then throws his teammates under the bus afterwards, and Archie just sucked.
Of course don't forget New Orleans' story line...
Who could forget the city that was a toliet bowl full of shit before Katrina...to a over flown toliet bowl full of more shit after.

Before...

After...What's the difference? So maybe the NFL should give it to N.O.

2)
The other story line may be...

Vs.
And of course the story line will be..."The first two African-American coaches going head to head"
I mean come on does any one still care what their race is? Are we not over that BS? Can't they just be two good coaches?
Also I am sure the media will beat the piss out of..."This Super Bowl only a year after Tony's son commited suicide" I am sure that is excatly what his family wants to drum up.

So who do you think the NFL will hand the Lombardi Trophy to? What will be the story line?

I agree that the African American shit needs to halt. There will never be racial harmony, for lack of a better term, until *everyone* stops playing the race card. If they use the "First black coaches going head to head" route it only brings to light that there is still that racial barrier. I hate that shit.

My Bengals are out, I don't give a flying fuck which team wins.

If you watch the full 12 hour pre-game on Super Bowl Sunday, you'll get your fill of those or similar scenarios. And you'll also know everything about everyone involved from the long snapper to the waterboy of each team. I turn the Super Bowl program on just before kick-off and rarely before that.

And the black coaches facing off would obviously be the big story even though them being black has nothing to do with how they got their teams to the Super Bowl. I remember how idiotic Collinsworth was when he said that the NFC Championship game a couple years ago was going to be one of the most exciting ever since there were two black QBs, Vick and McNabb.

i dont even want to think about all this shit and i am half tempted to just take a pass on this years super bowl, to be quite honest. the sheer amount of ridiculous storylines that the networks will conjure up over the next 2-3 weeks, plus entire offseason (pending the outcome) is enough to make me want to gouge my eyeballs out... and i thought last years offseason was bad!

So damn true. What is so good about 2 african american coaches reaching the first super bowl ? They earned it by their great coaching. I dont judge them by their race I judge them on what they do and they do it damn good I think. I hope the Bears win though
