Khatmandude
AAC Co-Champions at worst. With Memphis beating SMU, if Louisville wins, a coin flip will be used to determine #1 seed. Great season UC Bearcats! Now let's go do some real work!
Khatmandude
Louisville won, so coin flip determined #1 seed. UC called heads....heads it was...UC is #1 seed! UC plays winner of Temple/UCF on Thursday night at 7pm I believe, then they play the winner of the UCONN/Memphis game. UC Louisville SMU UConn Memphis = top 5 seeds. Khatmandude
Straight up BULLSHIT. Shabazz Napier won the AAC Player of the Year, SK should have won......big time snub IMO. SK - Sportsman of the Year (stick it up your ass AAC) JJ - Defensive Player of the Year SK - 1st Team All AAC JJ - 2nd Team All AAC Mick Cronin - AAC Coach of the Year
Jason
I don't know, UConn would never have made it to 3rd place without Napier. Yeah, Sean was robbed.
Khatmandude
Napier is a HELL of a player and will get drafted the highest out of he, Smith and Kilpatrick but SK was robbed. Travesty. BUT, this should make him and the team play with an even bigger chip on their shoulder. Didn't get regular season player of the year? Get tournament MVP. Khatmandude
WTF Another snub: 1st Team All America Nick Johnson - Arizona Doug McDermott - Creighton Shabazz Napier - UConn Russ Smith - Louisville Jabari Parker - Duke The second team is; Sean Kilpatrick - Cincinnati Melvin Ejim - Iowa State C.J. Fair - Syracuse Andrew Wiggins - Kansas Cleanthony Early - Witchita State
Jason
Yeah, looking at the numbers for Johnson, Smith, and Napier, SK was robbed there too.
Khatmandude
Not only the numbers, but the way he took over games, finished out games with free throw shooting, was the best player for the best team etc..... Hope he's pissed.

Jason
So we get UConn. Let's show the nation that SK is a better player than Napier!
Khatmandude
Ugly playing last night.....Just ugly. Yeah, if they don't play better, they're done. I hate that Louisville always plays their best ball at this time of the year, wish the UC players had that dog in them to do the same. I think they do have it, just needs to come out. oldschooler
Still can't believe SK missed that layup. Thought for sure it dropped.
Khatmandude
Still can't believe SK missed that layup. Thought for sure it dropped. Me too. I'm more disappointed in his lack of assertiveness....like he seemed defeated. Against UCF and UConn. Didn't give his all, that's what I'm most disappointed in. He is disappointed he didn't get the league player of the year and he let it effect his play. Hope he realizes this.
Rumble In the Jungle
UC better come out for real second half cause them ivy school boys ain't messing around!
Khatmandude
Guess what happens in a game that's determined by who can score the most and your team can't score worth shit? You lose. Good career JJ, SK, TitRub.....

Jason
I hope Mick has some scorers in the incoming class. You can teach defense. Scoring is more natural.
