zoneblitz43 Posted November 18, 2007 Report Share Posted November 18, 2007 I think Goodell has done a good job so far, it's good to see someone cleaning up the NFL and dealing with scumbags like Chris Henry and Pacman Jones who IMO don't even deserve NFL careers for the way they acted. I think he has done well in dealing with the Michael Vick situation. BTW, Goodell didn't screw Odell Thurman, Thurman screwed himself by being a drunk driving idiot, plain and simple. These players refuse to clean up their acts and Goodell is making them pay. I am disappointed about the punishment he gave to Belicheat and the Pats, they should have lost both 1st round picks and Belicheat should have been suspended. The Pats got a slap on the wrist. Maybe this guy is actually a Pats fan? I don't care if he is, or if he is a Steelers, Browns, Ravens fan, etc. I'm just glad he is cleaning up the league and sending the message that this is the NFL, not the NBA.
