Ben looked awesome on SNF

Recommended Posts

Did we watch the same game? The one I watched had Ben completing about half of his passes (many of them dinks to running backs), throwing no TDs, and an INT. If you're psyched for your team, that's fine. To indicate Ben is the reason for your excitement doesn't make much sense. Willie Parker sure looks like your entire offense.

I'm excited. 242 yards in 1 half. It may be pre-season but I'll take that. Int was awful. Parkers fumble wasn't Bens fault. He got them down to the 1 with the pass to Miller. Should have had Hines in the EZ but other than that I was happy with it.

The guy I am really excited about is Woodley. Can't wait to see him rush the passer.

Passing CP/AT YDS TD INT
B. Roethlisberger 13/25 247 0 1

He completed pretty much HALF of the passes he threw. And check out what NFL.com said about your "fantastic" Big Jen...

Any time Ben passes for over 200 yards, it is indeed a miracle, despite the fact that they were dumpoffs. Steelers fans should be excited...they are indeed "opening up the offense".
Can't wait to see ben run the no-huddle during the regular season.
I think the results will be predictably bad.

I think you're in the wrong message board, unless I accidentally wandered on to the bengals.com forum. Nobody gives a fuck here.

Just trying to talk some football. Lighten up dude. By the number of posts on this board about the Steelers and your favorite Steeler I'd say there are a lot of posters who do give a fuck. Have a great day :D

Ya you're probably right. He did average 234 yards a game last year. Wow. All his games were miracles...

Ben's been running the no-huddle. He needs a lot of work with it.

I feel like he gets so caught up in the pace that he won't check down. Which results in an INT.

Maybe so, but they were and are far more fun to watch than run up the middle, run up the middle, dump off pass, repeat.

Football is supposed to be fun to watch, and the Steelers just aren't.
