Razor burn is not a pretty site down there. Tattoos I'll agree to a certain point and where they are. My wife has a little tribal rose near her hip bone, just under the panty line, that is pretty cute. I don't think I'd be too hip on carps swimming up the thighs or butterflies above the bush though.
