Bengal Migration

Some pix from my recent journey

Recommended Posts

Thought I'd share a handful of pics from my recent trip to Europe. The only touch-ups I've done is to shrink these down to a post-able size.

Did I mention to anyone how much I love my D80? ^_^

Anyone with a copy of Pink Floyd's Animals.. that power station on the album cover is just to the right of this bridge. Didn't get a shot of it though <_<

Dude, think I can get a copy of the original? I'd love to make that my desktop background. Right now I have the flyover from the ravens game I took.

Those are great! Did you sample from the Bernard's cask?

I really liked the pic Jamie liked too. Those house look so idyllic nestled at the foot of the mountain like that. Bet it's a bitch in the winter, though.

The pic of the St. Bernard was a bootleg of sorts. I was supposed to pay for a pic taken by the dog's handler, but I manged to sneak a shot or two in while he was chasing off other would-be photographers :ninja:

I did get to pet the dog, though. He weighs more than I do. About 250 pounds! :o I couldn't manage a sip from his cask, but we did bring a bottle of schnapps up the mountain with us, so we were prepared :1062:

The entire countryside there was just simply amazing. We traveled by train across a good chunk of the country, and every minute of it was breath taking.
