JBandJoeyV
Opening day!!! Lets go Reds! A little confused why McDonald is starting instead of just putting Dickerson or Hairston in center and the other in left, but I guess we'll see. JC
Isn't Hairston a lefty? If he is, its probably because Johan is on the mound. Anyways, lets take it to them fellas. Lets take Nati back to the 'ship..

Harang looks pretty good so far, 2 hits but both were infield hits.

JBandJoeyV
Harang got out of a jam in the 5th... probably the final line on Harang 5 IP 1 ER Decent outing by Harang, woulda been nice if we could got another inning out of him, but he threw too many pitches. Time to score some runs.

Another unfortunate is that they have Putz and Krod sitting back there ready to come in in the 8th and 9th, so we better score a run or two soon cause those 2 guys can be lights out. CTA513
It looks like another game in which Harang pitched well enough to win but didn't get any run support and ends up taking the lose.

|Bunghole|
That was a pretty good game. The Reds bullpen pitched well outside of Herreria (sp?) in the sixth. Rhodes looked good, Lincoln looked good, Cordero was good, Weathers was good...and even Harang with his seven allowed hits pitched well enough to win. Let's not forget that Santana is one of the best pitchers in the league, or that the Mets have a good offense. Not a terrible loss. Can't wait for Volquez's turn on Wednesday.
