Today's mock game begins at 1 p.m. and will be on Homer 1530-AM. The roster is split into two teams - the black jersey team and the white jersey team - which play each other in a competitive game simulation. Each team has an offense and a defense. All players wear shoulder pads, but there is no tackling. There is scoring (see below), as well as a play clock and game clock. The game has four 12-minute quarters.

Not playing: CB David Jones, S Corey Lynch, LB Keith Rivers, LB Rey Maualuga, LB Brandon Johnson, C Dan Santucci, G Evan Mathis, TE Ben Utecht, WR Antonio Chatman, TE Daniel Coats, DE Frostee Rucker.

Scoring method
The offense of each team

● Normal scoring for touchdowns (6 points), field goals (3 points) and PATs (1 point for kick, 2 points for

a rush or a pass).

● A pass completion of 20 yards or more counts for 1 point.

● A rush of 15 yards or more counts for 1 point.

The defense of each team

● An interception or a fumble recovery counts for 4 points.

● A touchdown (by interception return or fumble recovery return) counts for an additional 6 points.

● A safety counts for 2 points.

● Forcing the offense into punt or failed fourth-down conversion counts for 2 points.

● NOTE: The defense does not receive any points for a missed field goal or a sack.

I'm also glad that Bernard Scott is playing. It doesn't matter how many raves he earns, if he can't stay healthy. There's a thin line between 53 Man Roster member and Bennie Brazell

Are you talking about DeDe Dorsey, James Johnson, Kenny Watson or even Brian Leonard, whom all have injury history? Or are you just trying to jinx Bernard Scott, who has no injury history?

O'Sullivan with a nice job finding Watson at the last second. The bad thing is it was short of a first down. #bengals

Ndukwe with a nice diving near INT, but the ball hit the ground. Definitely would've been reviewable though if we had replay. #bengals
