So they are waiting to notify the media until they notify his family, but they are telling a random reporter in Dallas. This isn't right. Hopefully this guy is wrong.

Chris Henry details: was involved in domestic disputed, jumped into back of pick-up truck and was eventually thrown out.

Police say Henry was involved in a "domestic situation" with his fiancee at 840 Peachtree Road. His fiancee, who was not named in a press release, got into a pickup truck and drove away from the home. As she was driving, police say, Henry jumped into the bed of the truck.

The domestic dispute continued between the driver of the truck and Henry. At some point, Henry came out of the back of the vehicle.

He was found by police about half a mile from the house in question.

Homicide investigators means he died. Usually they don't go on scene to without a death.

Not necessarily, it could mean someone tried. Sounds as though that may be the case, like he was intentionally thrown from the bed of the truck. Who knows? Probably best not to get caught up in the rumors right now.

Its all over 700wlw right now if anyone wants to keep up to date.

They are still saying serious condition. Never mentioned the accident had a fatality.

They said police found henry laying int he road with Life threatening injuries. But if thats true it dont sound good. You think if he was ok at all he would be able to crawl out of the street at least.

Homicide investigators will also be called to a scene that includes serious physical harm, for various reasons, which include that you don't know if the person will die later and the way the crime is committed is the same.
