The cities will be Los Angeles and Birmingham, AL. The official announcement will be at 2pm ET this afternoon on NFL Network and NFL.com. The Birmingham team will be the "Alabama Red Rangers", and a video has been leaked profiling the new $850M Regions Financial Stadium that will begin construction this spring. The Rangers will play their inagural season at Legion Field Stadium (home to the UAB Blazers) until RFS is completed in time for the 2012 seasion.
