JBandJoeyV
Graham Harrel could probably get a job as a qb coach or something, cause he'll never qb in the nfl.
BigDawgBengal
If I had to guess Leach is more likely to land at Colorado than the U. Before he gets a job he needs to quit suing people and let the stuff at Tech go. He is not going to get a job if he still has court stuff going on. I would say Gruden, Harbaugh, Richt If he gets fired or Rich Rod if he gets fired would probably be candidates for the Miami job.
The Bucs are still paying Gruden. He would be dumb to turn down his buyout to take a lower paying gig at Miami. Plus Dallas wants him and will pay more. The Donald is endorsing Leach. All he needs is his good buddy Jimmy Johnson to chime in. If Gruden or Leach aren't hired, Leach still wins. This will be more fuel to his libel/slander damages suit against ESPN. oldschooler
Gruden tells Miami he's waiting on NFL jobs 12/2/2010 8:39:16 AM Susan Miller Degnan and Michelle Kaufman of the Miami Herald report University of Miami athletic director Kirby Hocutt met with Jon Gruden in Tampa early Wednesday morning. But according to several UM sources, a job offer was not made. It was purely an exploratory conversation. According to a UM Board of Trustee member, "Gruden was cordial, he listened to everything UM had to say but no offer was made. He said he didn't want to go further because he is keeping all his options open, including the NFL. "He didn't say yes. He didn't say no. But in effect, it's probably a no because it will take months before the NFL jobs come open and UM can't wait that long.'' ESPN executive vice president Norby Williamson said Wednesday during a conference call that he expects Gruden to stay with Monday Night Football as an analyst. "My feeling is Jon is in Year 2 of a long-term contract, and we expect Jon to be on Monday Night Football doing what he's been doing for a long time to come," Williamson said.
