These are the types of moves you have to do when you are a small market club. If the guys dont play to their potential we are screwed, but if they do we got really good deals on all of them.


I think we have the potential for a 2-4 year window to win, so its time to do it. Might not win it all this year, but need to make the playoffs this year and position ourselves where we can win it all in 2012. You never know though, this could be the year if things go right.
