I did not exactly get an upgrade, but I moved eight rows back in the same section and got an aisle seat closer to the center of the field plus added another seat next to it. I am very pleased with the situation and the way they work with you. But call. There is a lot available, apparently. Now is the time to buy. When they are winning you will be able to sit back and smile hearing the bitching from people who want good seats (any seats) and can't get them.
