[/quote] Yeah, Crocker said the defense was pissed when they saw Seattle was going for the TD rather than the 3 points with only 1 timeout left...guess they haven't seen our last couple games and our goal line stands. [/quote] seattle had no gripe there. with no TOs left, how can a coaching staff expect to get 2 plays off in 14 seconds...especially after they ran the ball? that's just poor coaching. they should have thrown the ball, or taken the automatic 3 points. pete carroll had a right to be mad....mad at himself. [/quote] Ah, I don't think it was that bad a call - at home, and you are 2-4 and haven't scored a TD in forever. Show the kids you trust them, and that it isn't the end of the world if you don't make it. They got back into it later in any event. I think they realized that getting a second play was unlikely given the play if they didn't make it. I did like the way he mocked himself in the post game quotes too.
