Bengals won 1 game on the road all last season. (Panthers)

They've won 3 already this season!

3-1 on the road! that's amazing for such a young team.. Who gives a fuck if it was against the Seahawks, the Saints lost on the road to the winless Rams

when the clock ran out instead of seattle getting the touch down was interesting. I have never seen that happen....also what was up with the bengal guy laying on a hawk player at the end of the game? awkward

Basically, with no timeouts, the amount of time it takes to finish play 1 and set up for play 2 is critical. In both cases the Bengals were accidentally being a little uncooperative on this score.

Yeah, Crocker said the defense was pissed when they saw Seattle was going for the TD rather than the 3 points with only 1 timeout left...guess they haven't seen our last couple games and our goal line stands.

You didn't watch the Bengals much last year did you? :) I think they managed to do that at least twice.

yeah, i guess I missed that. I did watch most of the games, just don't remember that. I know he was short and fumbling the ball, but they more focused that they ran out of time. I guess that is strategy?

How about Crocker yesterday. He seemed to be flying around with a little more anger than usual lol. And the dude usually seems pretty freaking mad, so thats saying something. I love the energy he brings. Our defense was NOT. FUCKING. AROUND.

I like Crocker - he's getting a bit long in the tooth, and is fragile, but I like him when he's in there.

seattle had no gripe there. with no TOs left, how can a coaching staff expect to get 2 plays off in 14 seconds...especially after they ran the ball? that's just poor coaching. they should have thrown the ball, or taken the automatic 3 points. pete carroll had a right to be mad....mad at himself.

Ah, I don't think it was that bad a call - at home, and you are 2-4 and haven't scored a TD in forever. Show the kids you trust them, and that it isn't the end of the world if you don't make it. They got back into it later in any event. I think they realized that getting a second play was unlikely given the play if they didn't make it.

I did like the way he mocked himself in the post game quotes too.

one of the worst coaching decisions I've seen in awhile. There was no way in hell you ever RUN the ball in that situation.
