[/quote] I don't get this sentiment. If we reach the end of the season with a record that gets us to the post season, we deserve to be there. Maybe you don't think we can make it without a win today, but that has nothing to do with deserving to be there. I think it's best to root for a win without placing weird consequence to the outcome. We are playing at home, have better team with better talent. From the sounds of things this week Marvin has them focused and this game is always big for the Brown family. Specifically, I mean when your team has utter confidence that they will beat a less talented team, and barring only an incredible coaching scheme against them or an injury, they will win. [/quote] Not sure I've been confident about a game since we lost to Gradkowski in 2006. A blown call, bad bounce, or gust of wind can put the worst team in the league ahead of the best (particularly if that bad team plays with nothing to lose). I'm as nervous today as I have been for every game these last several years. ...My hope is that the veterans on this team have lost too many games in their careers to be overconfident... and that crossing my fingers helps.
