The legalization is great, but making it all about tax revenue leaves me with a bad taste, although that's how you sell it to the voters. You should be able to grow your own. Can you? you can grow 6 plants per person, so you and your wife, 12 mature plants at a time, so every 3 months you can plant 12 plants for the two of you..
