It has the Bengals gaining 2 7th round picks for Simpson and McGlynn. Not only did Allen do nothing on the field, but he'll probably cost them a better comp pick. Wharton also factors in. Don't know that Newman counts as players stop counting once they have 10 accrued years. This was newman's 10th. Can't remember if he had to have 10 before he signed or if this year would count.
