-GoBengals-
So android, apparently around xmas time, has discontinued the support of exchange syncing to its consumer accounts, meaning if you have gmail for contacts, calendar, etc, you cant just add gmail as an exchange account and sync contacts and things to iphone/ipad, etc.. if you already have it setup it seems to still work, but i have just had a few issues with this at work.. super dick move... you need a 3rd party app for contacts and calendar.. or the email app obviously.. but that wont do the other two things... |Elflocko|
Was it Google or Microsoft breaking the API for the application?
-GoBengals-
the article i read put the whole thing on google, saying they decided to only support google device syncing and changes to their terms of service hinted at it a few months back, etc.. |Montana Bengal|
Any apps you are suggesting instead? I'm giving TouchDown(?) a month long test. After that it is 20 bucks.

ValleyBengal
Touchdown is fantastic. I've been using that for over 2 years now. $20 is not going the break the bank for a fully featured app of this caliber.
-GoBengals-
touchdown does look like a very solid app, however, if all you are really looking for is a contact sync option between apps/platforms... its overkill..

Well, on the bright side maybe now they'll stop foisting Android phones on me at work...
ValleyBengal
Depends on what Android Phone. The Galaxy S3 and HTC One are fantastic phones.
