We've done it different every time. i think a 12 hour time limit to make the pick is reasonable. Whoever makes the pick before you will private message you to let you know you're up. As the Bills representative I might want the opportunity of referencing the handy draft value chart, but for these types of things the odds that any trade only involves first and second rounders is tiny so there's not much fun in it....
