oldschooler
It appears Seth MacFarlane has finally gotten around to copying Homer at the Bat. Or at least getting close to it. Joey Votto will be one of five big leaguers who will be guest voices on The Cleveland Show, MacFarlane’s spinoff of Family Guy. Votto will appear along side fellow “Face of MLB” finalist Matt Kemp, as well as Andre Either, David Ortiz and Jimmy Rollins. The show will air this Sunday at 8:30 p.m. on Fox. In the episode, Cleveland (voiced by real-live Reds fan Mike Henry) chases his dream of being a baseball scout (once like Homer Simpson chased his dream of being a baseball mascot). – C. |Elflocko|
Pretty cool, but they got the 'C' on the uniform wrong. Unless of course they didn't get "express written consent" from MLB then naturally...
