Well?

Bernard. Once he learns pass protections, he'll be a starter. Eifert may or may not become a starter.

I think Bernard will get more touches than other rookie, he should touch the ball at least 100 times this year. Eifert will be lucky to get 50 catches, imo.

If Gresham keeps up with his dropsies, you've gotta think Eifert becomes the go-to red zone guy. BJGE is going to get all those short and goal touches, I I don't think Bernard will have a bunch of TDs.

Fantasy points aren't for touches.  :)

That said I do think it's quite possible he has more total yards and the TD number may well be close.

Maybe Eifert and Gio as late picks but I probably won't go either. Being in a Bengal heavy league they'll probably go sooner than they should.

What about all rookies? Is there any?

I think Ball and Lacy will likely be the top 2 fantasy rookies.

Austin probably close behind.

Ball went to Denver, right? That's a packed backfield with a throw first offense... not sure about that.

Sportscenter talked like they were expecting McGahee to be released. That pretty much leaves Glassjaw Moreno at RB w/ Hillman as the 3rd down back, unless Lance Ball takes off his Clark Kent outfit.

Rumor is Ball has a good chance to start, and Elway remembers his championship came when Denver actually had a running game.

Pretty sure they drafted Montee Ball too.

truth..

Eifert will be a monster in the red zone. I hope it is close, with him and and Gio being great.

There are ideally 5 "go-to" guys inside the 5 AJ-Gresh-Eifert-Sanu-BGJE so I don't think Eifert will standout from the others.  I also think only one of those two RBs makes the active roster at any point during the season.  Regarding McCaleb, I'm not sure why there's so much love for a tiny RB that 31 other teams felt couldn't hack it in the NFL?  For every Arian Foster there are 25 James Johnsons.  I'm inclined to think he'll light up a few returns in preseason ala DDD and then disappear into the abyss that is the real world.  Also I don't see how Hamilton steps in and out performs Sanu-Hawkins-Jones to the point where he has more than 10 catches on the season...but if I'm wrong about either (or both) then its probably a good thing for the Bengals.

Therefore Bernard is the guy provided its PPR.  He'll likely double Eifert's touches and finish with a similar TD number (thinking 4-6 for both).

Touches = opportunities..you have to have the ball in your hand to get fanasty points.
