-GoBengals- Posted September 21, 2013 Report Share Posted September 21, 2013 what i havent liked about icloud photo backup is you dont really have access to your photos, and since i dont use google+, facebook auto backup was the only real auto backup option. which isnt too convenient to share anywhere but facebook. i can across shoebox app. MyShoeboxApp.com its free if you dont care about them shrinking your photos to 700k per image.. its $5/mo for full resolution. and thats for an account, which you can load on everything, whole families phones, ipads, ipods, whatever.. so i can backup my phone and ipad in one account for $5/mo full resolution. and you can access them via the web, AND share tehm to social media from their website.. and download from the website.. and do a slideshow from the website and it auto categorizes by time of year, day, month, season, etc and lets you sort by all that as well.. i have been impressed.. the link above may or may not earn me a free month or something, but since its unlimited storage, its not winning me free storage or anything... Right now I'm planning on using my 50gb Box account and flickr. Thoughts? -GoBengals- Posted October 23, 2013 Author Report Share Posted October 23, 2013 yea, everything i tried except shoebox i had to open the app once in a while before it would backup, maybe thats not the case with the new background app permissions in ios 7, but its the only one that did it automatically without me doing anything ever..
