Trading Phillips is intriguing but I don't think it will happen unless there is some team out there that just loves him. His contract versus production is not awesome but probably not much worse than whoever else we'd have to take on in exchange. Bailey on the other hand I think is a huge trade piece. A risky one considering every other starter apart from Latos has some warts, but a good young pitcher could bring a LOT in a trade, especially one that doesn't want to re-sign here.
