Bush suggested building refineries on abandoned military bases, which sounds like agood use of that land. Republican President,Republican Majority in the House + Senate(doesn't majority rule?). Oil Companies(good thing W+ Cheney were NEVER involved with oil) last I heard were making record profits and it only costs you $2.29/gal. When Clinton was President gas went over $1.00/gal and it was all his fault. W is now ACTING President(+ Majority House , Senate) and it's always somebody else's fault. How do you figure, which way will you be tomorrow? I hear the call of the Republican Party for you---baaaaaa,baaaaa,baaaaaaa. Not bad to be a sheep ,but hell you're blind to boot. I'm worried about the price of heating oil this winter. New York, snow, cold weather, long winter, 1000 gallon oil tank, 3 bedroom 2 story house, 10+ year old heater = one helluva heating bill. I attempted to switch over to natural gas heat this summer, but I don't have the dough for it. Maybe I can snatch some of that money on its way over to Africa. After all, they don't need heat there.
