Football Gameplan's Bengals vs Colts Playoff Preview

Thanks Em.

Couple notes from the first game.     Colts were coming off a long week.   They played Houston on Thursday Night prior to the Bengals.    At the time of the game the Colts were very successful with onside kicks and destroying teams in the first quarter.

- Bengals D very Bend but don't break.   Hilton, Bradshaw, Richardson, and Allen all had good first halves against the Bengals D that was down every LB by the end of the First Quarter

- 2 fumbles by RBs kept the Bengals in it.

- Colts were destroying defenses in the first quarter at that time of the year.   Bengals D did a good job holding them to 10-0.

- Dunlap was unblockable.    Tipped ball first pass,  had a sack, forced fumble,  fumble recovery and had several key rushes that allowed Gilberry to pressure and hit luck

- Hall dropped a pick 6 but had trouble with Ty Hilton

- Reggie Wayne was a non factor

- Colts had success running the ball but also got the ball to the backs in the passing game

We all know the Bengals Offense sucked ass first half.  Gio got lit up big time twice in the same series.   No real attempt to get Hil involved.   Greg Little dropped the first pass thrown his way.

Ugly.

Thanks Gang! I hate to sound like a broken record..but, I do think Hue has to find ways to use both Gio & Hill in the backfield at the same time… He was marvelous the 1st half in that Broncos game w/the creativity. Hopefully he continues that aggressiveness this week
