|Numbers|
In Louisville. East end of town. Man viewed acting suspicious near gas station. Cops follow man away from gas station and lose him only later to find him and his vehicle off the road and in a field. A threat was perceived by officers and officer opened fire shooting man in foot. Bad enough that the Louisville Metro Police Department Police Chief shows up on the scene of the shooting. Can anyone guess what he said ? "The only thing I can tell you right now is the officer and suspect were both white...". News reports that police are not even releasing what caused the officer to perceive a threat but could confirm that the people involved were all white. I'm certain that it's important to maintain statistics on race relations but seriously ? This is all that can be said by the LMPD chief ?
