VonBlade
Mariota has enough going for him, and that style of QB are always effective until the league gets some tape after which they're hopeless. Add that to the modern "can't breathe too hard at a WR" rules and I think 12 isn't too hard. 1.5 a game.

|Lucid|
neither have 1/2 the team around him... so probably not.. WTF.. That same team loaded with talent that many people put dead last in the power rankings going into that season? Your revisionist history is amazing. Please, do tell us of all this talent they had that Palmer managed to do so well with the year before..
BengalRugby
Maybe. The league is constantly moving more towards offense and the passing game to capture more attention/interest from casual observers. Thus I would not be surprised if both broke this mark. Joelist
Let's remember that Andy's rookie season he didn't exactly have a lot of stuff around him on offense. It was him and AJ with the rest being Gresham and the likes of Jerome Simpson. Winston arguably has better talent at WR now than Andy did in his rookie season. Mariotta hasn't got a lot around him now.
