Joelist
I keep seeing this site trying to push a javascript file onto my computer. I'd like to know what it is. filename is js.js from pixel.mathtag.com.
|Elflocko|
Sounds like a shitty or poisoned ad server. Sorry about that, I'll let Go know so he can take a look. In the interim, reject it...

Joelist
Again tonight. It seems like if I shut down my PC and restart between visits that as soon as I get here it tries to give me the js.js file.
-GoBengals-
This is odd, I have reported and blocked mathtag.com, pixel.mathtag.com, *.mathtag.com, to both ad networks. However looking up mathtag.com it looks like they ARE one of the ad networks, part of mathmedia.com it appears that its a file that allows the ads to rotate even when the page has not been refreshed to increase ad throughput for their ads. i will try to escalate the issue with both networks. are you able to see at all if its coming from google adsense or from contextweb/pulsepoint ads when you get the notice? -GoBengals-
UPDATE: looks like it was part of google adsense.. they had under media science, which had an option of "media science w/mediamath" i shut that portion off and blocked all. let me know if it continues. Thanks Ryan
