Damion Cook, a former NFL guard who had two different stints with the Ravens, died Friday at the age of 36. According to several reports, the cause of death was a heart attack.

Cook signed with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2001 out of Bethune-Cookman. He spent the 2001 season with the Bears after the Ravens released him, but Cook rejoined the Ravens from 2002-2004. Cook also spent time with the Dolphins, Browns, and Lions, appearing in 26 games and making 10 starts during his NFL career.
