Enon Bengal
About a month or so ago, I went to the car wash. One of the places where you pull in, the water, soap, and rinse does a 360 around you. Been there a 100 times never had a problem. This time, the 360 wand thingy sprays soap on my hood and jams. Ticked off, I drive home, it dries, leaving a soap splatter pattern on the hood of my car. I've been to the car wash since, still there. Washed it by hand tonight after the Buckeye's game, the pattern looks a little diminished, but it's still there.Anyone know a way to get rid of this? The car is less than two years old, the finish still looks great, I don't want to try anything risky, thanks.
|Elflocko|
You might want to take it to a professional detailer and see if they can either recommend a treatment or get it out for you.

|Bunghole|
Sounds like a stain in the clear coat. I bet some rubbing compound would take that out, or perhaps a clay bar.
scharm
Oxidation remover (???) or Rubbing compound might to the trick.
BengalsOwn
I would try a clay bar first.
Enon Bengal
I've never heard of a clay bar, but I'll ask around, thanks.
