Lack of player discipline, faith in risky project players

As per the title, I saw enough last night during the final 1:50 to realise it's time the Bengals git rid.  The players played their guts out last night.  However, on the flip side, what's the point of the organisation taking chances on the risky players (like Burfict and Adam Jones) when your head coach can't even teach them proper discipline on the field in key moments.  After all, that's when good coaches are at their best, but its also when Marvin Lewis is it his worst.  For this reason, its time for him to go.
