|Montana Bengal|
So apparently fluoride in water causes havoc on my wife's thyroids. (anyone had any experience with water filters for refrigerators and under the sink options removing fluoride? Whole house options seem crazy expensive. Also - any thoughts on water softeners for a home? I know I can google stuff - just wondering if anyone has first hand experience installing/maintaining/etc.
-GoBengals-
battled this when we moved here, but not for fluoride, we have the water system fridge that takes a filter, works great, very clean water comes out. A Whole home system is semi pricey, and you need monthly or by monthly salt/chemical delivery which ads to the price. the under sink ones are usually the 3-5 stage $250 units... which is rough.. but fridge filters run me $30/ea so/// it all ads up
