Hooky Posted October 2, 2017 Report Share Posted October 2, 2017 College targeting is a joke too. I saw a couple of targeting calls on Saturday. But there was a play in the Notre Dame game where there was helmet to helmet where gold paint chips flew off the player's helmet and there were white gashes left on his helmet. He got up, took a step, and collapsed. No targeting was even considered. I'm sure there is ample video available if you want to see it. My point is that it's not far fetched in college and pro that the NFL and NCAA actually target teams and players and coddle others on targeting. I see it all the time.
