Mike Brown isn't gonna fire himself so you have to make a change at the next most important position with the team and hope to strike gold with a miracle worker for coach. I think it's apparent to even Marvin, the coarse has been run.

Simmons has actually been very good at his job. Alexander has not. Also STs coaches tend to be pretty solid HCs and don't get overly involved in the OC or DC jobs. They seem to be more aggressive in their game management too. All things I'd like to see that we didn't get from Marvin.

T-Dub
We would definitely need to trade McCarron if they hire Jim Bob Cooter, to avoid any confusion and protect the local possum population.
|schotzee|
I don't want cooter. Sounds no better than what we have. Better line also. https://sidelionreport.com/2017/10/31/detroit-lions-jim-bob-cooter-hot-seat/

I still want external but knowing how Brown has only hired externally once if we were stuck internal those are the only 2 even worth a consideration. There are better Defensive Coordinators out there who deserve HC jobs. Does Vic Fangio not deserve a HC job over Guenther? What about the young guy from Seattle? No one internal is worth anything. I wouldn't be happy unless every coach on the staff is shown the door. They all have contributed to this.

Madieu Superstar
Watching the Ravens come back from 14-0. It’s amazing to see a well-coached team with players who don’t run for cover after taking a punch. What a gutless bunch of stiffs that currently inhibit this Bengals organization.
