He's been given credits for the developements of Cam Newton. I know he is different but one Shula in my Bengals lifetime was probably enough.......lol. MichaelWeston
This is my dream scenario for DBs coach AND maybe eventual HC. https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/951141564788740097

I don't think he would come here for a position under DC or OC openings. Unfortunately.

membengal
That's an absolute gem of a hire, replacing the buffoon Alexander with Pollack completely puts some joy back into the Bengals' off-season for me.

BengalFanInTO
The Cowboys offensive line lost two starters in 2017 and also struggled with injuries and the loss for six games of Elliott. I found this article on Pollack: http://www.espn.com/blog/dallas-cowboys/post/_/id/4755048/frank-pollack-finds-success-in-mastering-the-mundane I wanted the Bengals to go out and bring in fresh eyes on the coaching staff and so far, they've been doing it. I think both Austin and Pollack were good external hires. This is another thumbs up for me.

Kinda pumped.
HOF dan
I'm not sure how you can't like this. Anything would be an improvement and this seems to be a major leap. In the ironies of ironies, Paul Alexander is at least a candidate to replace him in Dallas. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2018/01/11/report-bengals-hire-frank-pollack-as-ol-coach/
MichaelWeston
This one looks really positive. I was really excited to see Goodwin was interviewed. Not so much Davidson who was reportedly in the lead. The Cowboys OL struggled some this year after losing some talent but that was down from being the best line in the league. Plus they invested heavily in the OL when he was there. Hope we do the same.

HavePityPlease
Pollack and Austin, two good hires IMO. I hope they have their carry-on bags ready for some heavy-duty scouting in the next few months!
Inigo Montoya
Interesting that we signed Dallas' o-line coach and Alexander is interviewing to replace him. The Cowboys have replaced a number of assistants after their disappointing season and the Bengals wasted no time in bringing in Pollack. I like the move but he certainly has his work cut out for him without the luxury of three pro bowl starters.
